1956 f100 parking brake

Does anyone have a picture of the hand brake lever mounted, (showing the bolts, bracket, etc.? I think I have all the parts, but want to make sure I mount it correctly so the cable works properly.

Well, now I'm thinking of going with the lokar parking brake lever that mounts on the tranny beside the 23" nostalgia shifter I bought....anyone use the trans or floor mount lokar brake handle?

I have/use the floor mount e-brake in my coupe.
