1957 chevy padded dash
i have a padded dash out of a 57 chevy that i had cut up for parts (broke my heart) it is in excellant condition i was told that it came factory in the del-ray im not sure if this is true but i would like to find out , i also would like to know what its worth it is complete glove box ,ashtray ,etc. thanx for any and all help fisher57

The only padded dashes I have seen on 57s were aftermarket.......I could be wrong.

It was an original GM option on the 57 Chevy . Probably best to check how much the Tri Chevy parts places are charging for new repros to try and get an idea of value , or head over the the stock 55 56 57 forum at http://www.chevytalk.org and ask the guys there.
