1957 pontiac pathfinder

i recently acquired a '57 pontiac 2 door. another barn find
i believe it to be a pathfinder model, which from what i can tell was a canadian only model, based on the shorter chevy chassis.
does anyone have any info and pictures for these cars?
it isn't the pathfinder deluxe model as the side trim doesn't extend all the way to the front fender, it stops just before the door.
thanks guys

Cdn Pontiac Pathfinders do not have a chrome strip along the sideof the car. Fire Ghiefs had that chome strip but no Pathfinders had it (in Canada). How do I post a photo? Thank you Cdn Pontiac

Thank you, I don't know if I replied to you already. The site tells me new mail. I own a Pathfinder Deluxe (confirmed by GM) 2dr. Contact GM Canada, give them the SN, and they will tell you deluxe or not, where and when the car was sold. I have never seen a Pathfinder (I've seen mabye 6, 4drs, and no 2drs) with a chrome strip across the front doors. This was on the US Star Chief? Not on Cdn Pathfinders (as far as I know). I think this looks cleaner than the US Star Chief. Info on these cars is imposible to find. If you have a photo of a 2dr, I'd love to see it. Send to brothersmartmouth@shaw.ca
I can send some photos of mine if you want (emblems etc.) but its still in "barn find" mode (complete exterior, interior a rats nest). It was set up for 1/4 mile a few decades ago and stored indoor ever since. Cheers
