Helo out there,
I have been a car nut for way too many years. My latest project is a 1959 Ford F-750 Dump Truck. I need lititure, owners, operators, etc but have had little luck in finding any. Can any one out there direct me to a possible source?
Thanks.
You will need the basic 1959 FORD Truck Shop Manual. Most of what you need will be in there (fairly light truck). FORD also issued supplements for COE, special drivetrain, air brakes etc.
I assume you have a 401 with a 5spd and 2spd single rear?
E-Bay is going to be your best bet. If you look at some of those selling the manuals, they will have their own store and you can go into them to see what else thay have.
Try this guy, he got me a handbook for a 1925 Chevrolet in very good condition, http://www.kenmcgeeautobooks.com/ the card I got from him says truck literature as well.
:welcome: I used to own one. do you have any photos of yours?
mine had a 332 C.I. 5 speed w/ 3 speed brownie, I hauled a lot of asphalt
years ago. send photos to a09438@gmail.com
