1962 chevy pick up nedds suspension help
I have a 1/2 ton chevy pick up with air ride suspension in the rear, which I am very happy with. The front of this truck came equipped with torsion bar suspension. I want the truck to sit in a low stance of the ground. Torsion bars don't work well for this, they are soft and slugish once I lower them and furthermore the clearence on the adjustment decreases as you lower the adjustment bolts. Could there be an inexpensive conversion out their to eliminate the torson bars, such as coil overs or air bags ect? Thanks in advance.................
