1963 chevy impala saved from becoming crushed
I Need Info On Registering My Car That Does Not Have Cowl Or Vin Tags On Both Locations....found Numbers On Rear Of Frame Left Side What Are These ???? Can Anyone Help ?

Calif hassels
California is one of the harder states to get things straightened out. Read the WIKI article here on HR on How to title a hot rod. You will probably need to get a new vin number assigned. need bills of sale for all components. pay a lot of fees. etc. sometimes it's easier to find a parts car with good paper and , use all the best parts to rebuild your part car and then sell all the left over pieces.
