Should be same as what you have. Decking/Milling can change lengths tho'.
Are the 614's 76cc?
This would severely drop your compression.

I get conflicting information on the 614 casting.
Some pages say The 462614 casting came on 305 and 350 engines. Other pages say it only came on the 305. It lists 1.72 intake and 1.50 exhaust valves and 60cc chambers. If that is correct then it surely never came on the 350 so I would think that's a typo. These heads were cast from 1977 to 1979. If these are the heads you have I wouldn't use them for 2 reasons.
First off is the late 70's 305 heads are to be avoided as they had bad valve guide problems. Next reason is because of the 1.72 intake valves.
I would go with the 416 casting 305 heads. These came with 58cc chambers and the larger 1.84 intake valves. These have the 160cc intake port same as the 350. These heads flow better and thus will make more power.
As for your question the answer is no, it'll still use the same lifters and push rods. However it would be wise to check the valve train geometry to eliminate premature valve guide wear. The 416's are usually plentiful at junk yards and cheap. The last several sets we got we paid $50 for the pair and on both sets the valve guides were still good.
