1964 Chevrolet Impala - Carpet Kit

Are carpet kits worth the money? I noticed that Classic Industries sells both the "OER" and "ACC" brand names for carpet kits for about the same price. Is there a difference in the two products or are they about the same?

ACC is Auto Custom Carpets, and you can buy directly from them. Here's their web site. CLICK HERE The carpet kits I have installed from them were very good and reasonably priced.
