1964 Chevy C10 project

Hello All,
My name is Steve, I am a Tattoo Artist from Kent and own a 1964 Chevy C10. The truck is fitted with what I believe to be a 230ci straight six, and a clifford heated manifold with hollycarb and header pipes. I was wondering if there were any companies manufacturing replacement cylinder heads as I have been told it is not possible to undertake any tuning work i.e skimming, porting etc.
Any information would be greatly appreciated, Cheers.
