Question 1965 chevy impala turn signals

my turn signals arent working,i got a new switch are it mite be called a relay.it has 2 terminals for 2 wires and its small and kinda round.i heard it goes under the dash but i cant find the old one.does anyone know were to find these thing??? i looked all over under the dash and i dont see it.

It should be on the fuse block under the dash or were ever the fuse block is. If your car has 4 way flashers turn them on to find the 4 way flasher unit, the signal flasher unit should be close to it. make sure you replace the turn signal relay not the 4 way relay by listening to find which one is clicking when the 4 ways are on.

Signal relay

On mine it was under the dash, way over by the glove box on a plug at the end of a couple of wires. Don't know why but that's how the harness was made.

That is a flasher by the way, not sure but alot were plugged into the fuse panel back then.

Pretty sure it is on a clip on top of the lip at the bottom of the dash.......
