1965 Impala Vent Window Weather Strip
Putting vent window weather strips on my 65 impy. The old strips had 4 little clips about an inch long crimped onto the rubber and spirs to hold then in the channel. None came with my strips. Anyone know where I can get those. Am about ready to resort to adhesive.

I just finished a 65 wagon. none of my weather strips were quite right either.
I had to move a lot of the clips so they would fit in the slots I roughed up the strip and glued the metal clips in the proper places. If you dont have any clips you can probably find some that are still good on the old stuff, thats what I had to do...they dont make a tailgate weather seal at all for the wagon I had to use one from a suburban and make it fit,That was fun |
