body swap

trucks are easy I don't have the spec sheet but most ford cabs bolt down with 4 bolts thru the big rubber biscuits , the radiator support bolts down with 2 bolts on the 76 chassis, most 4 X 4 cabs use a different floot for trans t case clearance. If the 76 has the separate Trans case with a drive shaft between that should not cause a problem with cab floor. some times it's easier . to do a 2 inch body lift with spacers to give more room between the floor and chassis

just to let you no you can do it but there be some things diff all help ya cause we did it with are 69 ford 2wd and put it on a 1977 ford go to my hubgarage, look for 1966sportfury look at the vehicle that says the beast! okay heres the list
1. the front core support is different and is a pain to get one that fits!
2.the cab mounts are different location just drill them. " we did"
3. the bed well have about 3 inches between the cab and the box
4. and one of the most annoying is the steering column infact that took the longest to make work, also the wiring on the steering columns' electrical plug is different so you have to re wire a different plug on if you need any more help or pictures just email me at fordsucks7@yahoo.com "i dont hate ford we have 6 fords its a old email" really i hate chevy but shhhh
