1966 nova power disc brake conversion

Someone please help. I just did a power disc brake conversion on my 66 nova. Most everything went ok,when I got to the bleeding process I have leaks at both banjo bolts. I used the copper washers properly and torked them to 45psi. When I found the leak I kept torking tighter, but they just keep leaking. I dont no what to do at this point.

Did you buy remanufactored calipers? if you did the bolt might be bottom out.had this problem before. check the bolt see if it is cracked. get new crush washers also. and make sure the caliper is not cracked. they make a aluminium washer also that might work. do you have washers on both sides of the bolt. hope this helps. Cole

66 nova brake conversion

All components are new, calipers look good, nothing looks to be cracked, I did use a crush washer on on each side of banjo bolt. Still leaking.
