Hi all,
I working on a 67 Nova. The project is a complete ground up restoration, new sheet metal, front suspension, rear suspension, drive train, etc. I initially wanted to rebuild the car stock or close to stock, but have gone completely the other way. This is a spring build project and I hope to have it rolling this summer. I started with a 67 Nova SS, matching numbers V-8, but quickly found that the parts car was a better project and switched all effort to that body. I've purchased a Chassisworks subframe front end and now I'm looking for specs that will help me purchase an Art Morrison rear clip assembly. I'm not really a Chevy guy, but I do like the Chevy II body along with all the available part and specialty manufactured kits. I'm looking for a numbers matching 70 442, my high school car, if any one has a lead let me know. My favorite cars are the Pontiac's; I've owned 10 or more and have two firebirds now...

Love the Novas, plus I'm building a '67 Nova myself. Went with a Mustang II front clip, but have not decided what I'm doing with the rear just yet. Your car looks like its in the same stage as mine too (the apart stage). The picture is before I peeled off the front clip.

I have a 71 Nova SS. and I love any kind of Muscle Car! Mine was made to race she has a 468 engine, aluminum snow flake heads, 880 dual line holly, Victor Jr. intake.
Last clock she ran 11.4 but that was before all the new work on the motor and bigger carb and aluminum heads. She should run about 10.5 now, she has a 3300 Stahl converter.

My husband owns a 69 Convertible Camaro, all matching numbers. We also own a 72 Nova.
I have decided to show my car this year. Less expensive So trying to get her ready before spring gets here. I enjoy reading about and seeing restorations
either in progress or completed.
