#9790071 = 1968 400 block, B218 = February 21, 1968 casting date. D>N = cast at night, 1A - not sure. Don't know what the JERRY is about, 540051 = sequential number. YT is the block code. 330 HP 400 block with either #16 or #62 10.75:1 heads in a Firebird with an automatic. Both heads were cast on February 13, 1968.

According to both my Computech ET/Weight calculator and John Wallace's on line calculators, it makes 966 HP at the flywheel. Thats naturaly asperated on race gas only. I've never had it on a dyno, so I can't tell you the torque, but with a five inch arm, it has to be a bunch.
