1968 Ford 500

I seen an original Ford 500 today, its an ex-constable car,she needs restored, but is in Ok condition. The owner now is gonna rip the Original 428 and C6 tranny out and I dont know what he'll do with the car. I kinda want it. I heard he payed $500 for it. I almost offered him $200-150 when hes done with it,cuz its not that bad condition. Interior needs cleaned/restored,things like that. new paint,etc... i dunno, ill post pics tommarow.

To bad he's separating the original motor/trans. Can you try to talk him into selling you the whole car, engine and all?

pick it up, i believe any engine from a 352-428 would slide right into it.
