thanks. I think anyone can do it with practice and a few primes, and a degree of analness.
The hard part is doing it when the estimate is made before it's stripped and you have to get it done quicker cause the shop is losing out. That's when it get a little hairy.
Truth be told, we just do the body and paint and then it gets sent off to the building behind ours for engine work and interior. When they come back it's usually for a final polish and that's when we get to appreciate our own work as well as the kick arse work they do. I'm just glad I don't have to do to much to them when they're in this state cause I swear I don't even want to breathe on it now without the fear of something going wrong.
