1969 g.t.o. techometer wireing

new hei dis want to use stock tach their are two wires comming out of the tach one goes to the dis (brown) the other goes to the fusebox (orange ) is their a ground or is it grouned on the dash? thank you ahead of time

Should be grounded through the dash. Just connect the brown wire to the TACH terminal on the HEI cap.
