1970 cadillac deville

Ok been a wile stopped building my camaro and built a few other cars in the mean time. nice to be back. but I was wondering if any of you new if the 1970 cadillac frame and suspention was the same as any other gm like impala or caprice,,, ect

C-BODY

Buick
71-76 Estate Wagon

Cadillac
61-76 Series 60S

I'm not sure of the source of your info, but there's some mis-information. The 1965-70 B-body and C-body cars were rear steer, the 71-up cars are front steer. The frames and suspensions are completely different. Olds Ninety Eight and Buick Electra are C-body cars.

You might notice the cars are said to share some similarities. Might be only the "C"-car designation in cases past 1970- but he was asking about a '70 Cad, and these cars share the C-car body designation and up till '70 they are similar. The later bodies might not share the front suspension, so be it. Hopefully he can tell the difference between what he has and what he's looking at.
