For a daily driver I would go with a 350 CI engine , a overdrive automatic and
a relatively high gear in the rear end. With careful planning you could build a combination that gets low 12 to high 11 second ET's at the track and still pull off 20+ MPG with out breaking the bank still leaving spending money for school. The combination you are talking about will leave you broke, it's no fun to have a hot car and can't afford to fill it up with gas. |

You'll be singin' a different tune as soon as you find out the cost of a 14-71.

Couple of other things come to mind. That's a huge blower for a street driver. That Nova needs to be caged and tied together. Motor needs to be built with the blower in mind (lots of expensive parts). Big undertaking...big bucks.
Good luck. |

OK, let me put this another way. You'll be singing a different tune as soon as your DAD finds out the cost of a 14-71.
