Just flip the heater core and drill two holes in heater box. Thats what GM did. Also use 70 frame/engine mounts so engine will clear power brake unit.

I have owned several BBC Novas. Both factory and homebuilt. Love those cars. Presently have a 71 Rally Nova with big cube BBC for install.

Homebuilds tend to feel nose heavy when just driving around. Factory cars used different suspension parts. Feel/drive better.

If you like torque. A modified BBC/Nova will impress you.
