1972 Chevelle tail panel - doesn't exist??

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me. I'm in the process of replacing every body panel on my '72 Chevelle, and I've been trying to piece the rear end together fro literally months now. I think I have everything now except the rear tail panel that the trunk latch and bumper mount brackets attach to. Problem is, I can't find this panel anywhere. Even the techs at YearOne can't find me a part number...

I have the lower panel that goes under the bumper, and the upper panel that the weather strip goes on, but does anyone have a part number for the panel that goes between the two? The trunk latch and brackets the bumper bolts to is what I'm looking for.

Anyone have a picture of the rear end with the bumper removed? Pics inside the trunk looking at the rear? I'm at a total loss at this point, and the whole project is on hold until I can get that panel.
