The shop manual for that truck shows (4) wires going to the neutral start, backup light switch.
(2) purple wires for the start circuit and (2) wires for the backup lights. (1) dark green and (1) light green. They have nothing to do with the type of engine or trans. Some of the wire colors you mention are for the turn-signal switch, which also have nothing to do with the engine or trans. vicrod |
