1972 Pontiac Lemans Bad Frame

I just got off the Phone with a Buddy of mine who has a Pontiac Lemans 1972. In the process of installing his 400 engine in it the mechanic notices ALOT of damage to the frame, driver side front has been cracked and welded together with a pipe, the rear rusted completly through....pretty bad shape. Whats the best thing to do with a rusted frame? My buddy's into this car kinda deep.

68-72 2DOOR a body frames will work as a replacement..
convert's had boxed frames, that require different fuel/brake lines..
but any, other lemans/t-37/gto/cutlass/442/skylark/stage1/chevelle/
will work..

There is a guy on E Bay who has a bunch of frames.just search it out.
Seems they are blasted and painted, pretty decent considering the work involved
