1974 Nova Fuel lines
I have done an engine swap on my 74 Nova. Just put in a sbc 355. I noticed (didn't pay attention before) that I have two lines running along the sub frame. One is larger than the other. Is one a return line? If so where do I run it. I have the fuel line hooked up to the fuel pump, and from the pump to the carb. Just at a loss with this. I ask the Nova site and no one could give me the answer. Thanks for your help.

I'm pretty sure that other line should be the tank vent that went to a charcoal canister.

It's a return line, they bled pressure off the line to prevent heat soak. if your fuel pump has no provisions for a return line, you can plug it with the appropriate gas resistant cap. or simply put a bolt in the hose with a worm gear clamp around it, but it really is a good idea to run thepump with the return line on a daily driver!
