The A/C belt is first and it goes around the crankshaft pullery, A/C, and at least one other pulley (PS?).
Then there are two choices for the PS belt. There is a short one that only goes around the PS pulley and the crankshaft pulley. This is usually used with non A/C cars. There is also a longer PS belt that goes around the PS, water pump and crankshaft pulley. I like to use the longer belt because it helps keep the water pump turning if the alternator belt breaks
The alternator belt goes around the alternator, water pump and crankshaft.
