My 81 GP came from the factory with a small block chevy (267) and a th350 tranny. So yup, it'll fit and it should be easy. It'll make things easier if you can take the engine mounts and maybe transmission crossmember from a wrecked G body with a sbc. With a v6 car you'll probably have to switch to V8 front springs and maybe the radiator too.
