1979 Camaro, need converter rear gear suggestions

hello i have 79 camaro and i'm getting ready to drop motor in finally,but got a couple of questions,first what i got....

357 sbc,
crane blue racer cam,488/510 lift,234-244@0.50 lift duration,112 lobe sep.
pro-comp aluminum heads..(bought bare).
190 runner,64cc,2.02/1.6 valves.
1.5 roller rockers
performer rpm air gap intake
performer 750 carb
stock bottom end
turbo 350.
i need advice on torque convertor(what size) and rear gears.the camaro will be used just to cruise around in,maybe race it once or twice just for fun.any suggestions would greatly help.thanks in advance mike.

10 inch converter 2800/3200 stall.3.73 gears
