1979 Impala

Ive been diggin for hours on the internet with no luck so Im askin for directions. Im lookin for any type of information on the chassis of a 1979 impala. A guy at work is wanting some work done and Im tryin to get some background before I dig in. If you guys could give me any pics or info Id much appreciate it.

What kind of work are you looking to do? It may help if you could be a little more specific.

1979 Impala is pretty basic...............Rear wheel drive, Full frame, Coil springs all around.

I hate to admit it but the guys wantin some "bling bling" on his car I think 24's but I gotta pay the bills so Im thinkin about it. Im tryin to look at what it would take to lift the car up enough to put those on there. Ive heard that the common thing to do is use chevy truck suspension parts and all but this is not my usual thing so Im lookin to see what all is involved. Ive been lookin for kits and all but its surprisingly hard to find anything as much as that junk is out on the road.
