1980 GM "G" Body Lowering?

Guys - I need some advice

I'm using a 1980 GM "G" Body chassis (not sure if it is a Chevy Monte, Buick Regal, etc.- it's a long story) as the donor chassis for a glass replica that I'm building. I would like to drop the frame 2" front and rear using SuspensionMax SpringTech Lowering Springs. I don't want to cut the stock springs or install dropped spindles. I physically have clearance within the wheel wells and other areas to accommodate the 2" drop.

My question is: can I do the drop as described without screwing up the suspension geometry? I realize that the front end will need to be aligned and need to make sure that I use the proper shocks - but, I've got to do that regardless.

I would also welcome any comments that anyone may have re the springs that I am considering.

2" dropped springs will work fine. This is a mild drop and re-alignment should be fairly straight forward.
Can't help you with spring vendor though, never heard of 'em...
