1985 Camaro-Narrowing Rear end-4link/3link or TQ set up?

Really new at this guys........

I would like to narrow the rear end on my 85 camaro to fit MT Sportman S/R's
underneath the car. It is a low profile style tire but not so low profile which would fit in the category of low rider cars.

It is a 33x33.20lt. Yes it requires a 20inch rim. This car is set up to handle corner with the original suspension still underneath it. But, I would like to take it to the strip every once in a while also I would like to keep as much cornering ability as possible even though I plan on tubbing it and rear clip.

I figured with a lower profile wall that the Sportsman SR provide, I would not roll the side wall since there is very little with this style tire thus allowing me to take corners a little faster than with a tall walled tire.

My question is..........

What type of rear suspension set up should I go with.
And is there a diff which would allow me to go from posi to vari diff

Thanks guys for your help because I sure could use it
