Are you trying to run a dual system, if so there´s not much room under a 3rd gen.
It was´nt designed for duals.
I have Hedman Hedders for the 3rd gen with Y pipe into a 3" Flowmaster.

You can build a 2 into 1 exhaust system for this car that is equal or better than a dual exhaust system.

2.5" pipes off the headers into a 2.5" to 3.5" Y scavenger Merge collector. big 3.5" main exhaust pipe back over the axle to a 3.5" in-- out transverse mounted muffler (Magnaflow) and 3.5" tail pipe

use A flowmaster Y250350 Y pipe collector. Two 2.5" in out hi flow mini body cats. The Y goes just to the right rear of the transmission.
Will support well over 500hp. as good or better than any dual system.
The reason you cannot buy this exhaust system complete in Kit form is because the cats and the Y pipe are in a non stock location. But you can buy the components and fabricate. Mig weld your pipe joints and use big stainless pipe band clamps to allow install/removal. You will need custom made exhaust hangers but uses all the stock hanger location points.
When done right this system will match or outperform a open exhaust system.

You can build a custom 2.5" dual system that follows the stock OEM exhaust pipe path under the car but it will not outperform this 2 into 1 big 3.5" main pipe/muffler system. The required custom fabrication/fitting time is about half of trying to create a good dual system under this car. I know cause I have done it both ways. Don't bother with the dual system on this car.
