1987 chevy

I have a 1987 Chevy 4wd with a 350 in it. I drove the truck last night and worked perfectly fine. I woke up to go to work and it wouldn't start. It acts like the fuel pump isn't working, so I put gas in the second talk Anf it still wouldn't start, I have cone to find I have no electrical power to ky stereo or cigarette lighter. I believe its a fuse. But I don't know know of there is a hidden one. I have checked the fuses under the dash, icm.. exc... Any ideas??

This truck has an in-tank fuel pump. I suppose the aux tank has a separate pump.
When the ignition switch is first turned on the pump will run for approx. 3 seconds to prime the system. This function is computer controlled using a relay to activate the pump.
The aux tank may use the same relay. This relay could be bad which would affect both tank's fuel pumps.
To test the fuel pumps, apply 12 volts to the fuel pump test point located near the fuel pump relay. This test point bypasses all controls.
Use a fuel pressure gauge connected to the fuel rail to verify if there is pressure.
Once the engine runs and oil pressure increases an oil pressure switch closes to maintain power to the fuel pump.
The fuel tank selector switch could be bad and should be checked for poor connections.

Depending on what year model etc the relays are situated behind the front bumper(remove grill) or under the bonnet inside the fuse box lift it up and it will reveal the green relay and also reveal big fuses.
