I'm thinking about picking up this car that has been is storage for quite a while. The top need replaced but other than that its in fairly good shape(so I've been told). I'm thinking that eventutally it will be worth something. Iknow it's a POS 3rd Gen F-Body. but I like em. Anybody have thoughts / advise???

Who cars what others think if they are ugly or not. What I can tell ya is 3rd gen convertibles are getting quite rare. Will they be worth a lot? Who knows. Will you have a cool car that is not seen everyday? YES!

Ive seen less car bring more money!

Cant ever tell too awful much without looking at it in person though.

But the bottom line is, go drive it. If you like it and can pay for it, buy it!

$1900 You can't even get a solid 2.8L Camaro around here for less than $2000!!!!


You could probably sell that Iroc-z convertable for $5000-$6000 dollars out here in the rust belt!


How many miles on that bad boy and is it a 305 or 350? And it does look good (for a 3rd gen camaro )


And is that a T-top Firebird I see? We almost bought a '90 just like it but got our cougar instead.

The 88IROC-z is a 305TPI wuth 106,000 original miles. NAd the red Firebird is a 91 T-top 3.1 v6 bith have the 700r4 tranny I picked up the Firebird for 300.00 bucks from a farmer near Denver that was tired of looking at it. Rabbits ate the wires off the starter. Replaced the wires and off we went.
