Sounds like you have a series 2 rearend with the 2:73s and if so yes it should work fine if the 3:23 are for the series 2 rearend also.JMO
3:08:1 & down gear ratios - Series 2 case 3:23:1 & up gear ratios - Series 3
But they do have the 3:23 for the series 2, just don't know what exactly the 3:23 you have came out off. JMO
