1990 Dodge Caravan 3.0 SE fuel problem

Vehicle wont start, and pump stops working
The first time this happened, i checked fuses and looked at relays then after a load of turning the engine over it sarted, the van ran for a couple of days without a problem, then it did it again, so i checked the feul line only to find it dry, once again checked fuses and filter and hit the bottom of the tank, i just about gave up on it when it started on this occasion i noticed that the fuel pump sounded pretty loud,
it ran ok for another couple more days then the problem happened again this time there is nothing, so i dropped the tank and checked the power to the pump, all seem to be dead, so now im trying to find the relay to the pump? also is there a cut off switch? ive looked in the workshop manual but it dosnt tell me the location of the relay or if is fitted with a fuel cut off valve

sounds like you need a fuel pump.
