1991 olds 88 car pulsates

Hi people, I thought I would ask some brake questions in here so here goes...........If you have watched the engine section in here, I have posted about vibrations for this vehicle...anyway, I drove the thing for a good hour and got the brakes warm.........on the way back when stepping on the pedal, the car would surge like warped rotors.......(it sat for a while when I bought it). I turned the rotors because I got the rattle your butt off at 50 mph brakeing......well that seemed to help but there is still some surging or warped rotor feeling when slowing down especially at in town speeds coming up to a light.........drums out of round too????........I did clean the front hubs and inside of the rotors real good before putting them back on......I broke the right side caliper bleeder off when replacing the brake hoses so that caliper is new.......the left side doesnt seem to be stiff when I turn the rotor by hand.I am not too sure what rear drums can do when they need to be turned because of out of round......I just know I have a whole crap load of vibrations at various speeds.

I am afraid that you are down to trial and error ...
I would pull the rear brakes and turn them ... eliminate one problem area ... then the next ... unless you have the results you desire ...

Sorry ... over the net ... it is difficult to figure out what's wrong ...

yea I can see that.......experienced mechanics can probably feel the vibrations givin off and tell................on the other hand I did wonder why the right front wheel had 6 ounces of weight on it..........can we say bent rim!!!!!!............so I put the dougnut spare on the rear and put the rear tire up front.............some of the vibration changed...........now I didnt seem to get the 37 to 42 god aweful vibration........but a different one.........now this is a 1991 olds 88.....so the spare is 15 years old, and its a doughnut.......the different vibration(faster in speed has gotta be that dam spare which by the way does not have weights on it.................so could all this be nothing more than friggen tires and rims????............BTW if you go to wall mart to have tires balanced.........dont expect them to tell you anythngs wrong...you cant get ****t for imformation out of them...I should beat the crap out a one of my rims that I dont use just to take it to them to see what they would do........I'll bet they will balance it ....unless it practially vibrates the balancer across the friggen floor.....you get what you pay for........I got my bent rim balanced just fine....they never said a word......never took off the old weights and shipped it all balanced right???? wrong.........the thing that sucks is I would love to go get a rim......at a yard.......but I think they are all closed till tuesday
