1992 chevy k1500 4x4 350

I just got the truck about three weeks ago and im just curious as to what good upgrades would be for the engine iv been told tho if ur truck has high miles u dont wanna do much to it and its got 283000 miles but runs great and also it has a three inch body lift i should be able to clear 35s if there on 16s rite?

Opps forgot to mention tht its got manifolds with a single flowmaster super forty turn down

I'd not touch the engine leave it be,(very high miles) I'd add headers and duals,
your is tbi so extend the air cleaner hose so it's pulling cool air..

if you plan on keeping it.. start collecting parts to build a 383 for it..
