I broke apart your rammed together sentences :

As I read your post the trans does not function at all ?

what vehicle is this? Camaro , truck , Van, corvette, Firebird??

1993 is a cross over year for GM and the 4L60 trans.... trucks would have a 4L60E

A 1993 4L60 trans would have a 5 pin connector on the driver's side near the shift linkage. It would also have a TV cable from the trans to the carb / EFI

a 1993 4L60E would have a electrical connector on the passenger side , about 1.5 inches in diameter.

3rd and 4th gear failure of this trans is common since 1982 model year when the 700r4 was introduced.

What is the mileage , age or if it was ever rebuilt...... history of the trans IF you know??

The usual method is a proper rebuild of the trans to fix it.
