your going to really like me now i bought a new pcm and it started immediately last night and i took it for a drive and all was good then i drove to work this morning about twenty min into my trip its started sputtering but wouldnt quit. so i got off the e-way and took back roads to work. as soon as i got in the parking lot it died. i just had it trailered home and i read the codes:
12 battery dissconnect

33 a/c clutch relay( i dont have AC)
11* No Crank Reference Signal at PCM No crank reference signal detected during engine cranking
11** Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP, or Misfire Adaptive Numerator at Limit Intermittent loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor, or CKP sensor target windows have too much variation

21 O2 sensor( not hooked up because the wires got pipped out but never had a problem with it before)
im aiming for code 11 but how do i fix it?

Well, OK yeah it ran but then died. That sucks
When you checked all the wiring did you make sure it was all tied up in the holders? Maybe some got onto the exhaust. I know you looked it over but I cant see it from here. If it is a cardone computer then the POS cardone is probably the problem..BUT to be sure Inspect All of the wiring... again..closely for a problem. Open up the convoluted wrap in any place that looks like it could be melted or possibly could have laid on and rubbed through to something.
Maybe first you should look for the reference voltage at the distributor sensor and the crankshaft sensor. If there is no voltage ( That was the orange wire I believe) then the pcm is bad. The fact you have codes shows the pcm is powered up and it at least has the capability to store and display codes.
After all the parts you have replaced you really need to look hard at the wiring to determine if that is the root cause or was the coil bad to begin with and the second pcm sucks.I know it is a lot to sort through , you have proved you can do it , so dig in.If you like the jeep and you plan on keeping it you should learn it inside and out.What makes it tough is that you need it to go to work.

reading back through the posts i remembered you had a blown fuse F 1 in the under hood fuse box. Check it again. If it is burnt you need to find out why before you power up the circuit again .
