1996 mustang gt cat back exhaust problems

i have a 1996 mustang gt I recently bought new dual flowmaster exhaust catback and I have 6 catalytic converters I live in Canada but its an American car two of the cats have O2 sensors and the other 4 don't its only the first two closest to engine with the sensors but can I replace the other 4 with straight pipe? the new exhaust made no sound difference whatsoever for the money I paid I want it to be throaty .

i live in b.c yes but we don't need aircare were I live I drilled holes in the back four resagnators today but now it sounds like an intimidating weedwacker.... how do I fix that.
