1996 Voyager/Caravan Wipers not working
 

I have a 1996 Plmouth Voyager , Wipers stopped working , they only work when I push the washer at the end of turn signal handle. I have power to the wiper switch. Also I tested the wiper switch with a digital Ohm meter and it tested good . I have 12 volts on the Red wire with a Violet Stripe going from the BCM to the wiper Relay. I tried swapping the relays. When I put a test light to the Red wire with the Violet stripe the wipers would work. .
ANY ADVISE ???
