Use Grade 8 bolts available from any hardware store. The T bolts were used to speed production of the truck. Match the bolt shank size, probably 3/8".

I'd use fine thread grade 8 bolts as mentioned.
you may have to grind an edge of the bolt head a bit to get it sit flat against the axle end .
