1998 Cadillac D'elegance tallight removal?

My Mothers passengers side tailight bulbs are blown out.. I figure while im going to have to replace the bulbs my mother said she will purchase a new or used taillight asseymbly because it looks like water is inside of it.. how to I remove the tailight? I have allen wrench's and they dont look lke these bolt heads.. also is there any other model of Cadilliac thats the same as mine or are these taillights specific to just this car?
thank you very much..

I believe they are held in with Torx Screws. Another of the manufacturer's moves to keep people buying tools. Don't know if the lights from any other models fit that one. Might check and make sure that the seal where the bulb goes is sealing. Sometimes they have o-rings that get torn. An o-ring is cheaper than that light assy. A used one may have the same problem. Being a CAD I'm sure they are made of gold.

Another thing you may do is drill a small hole in the bottom, for it to drain. Not too big, don't want to give it someplace more to get in, just out. That is if you can do it where it can't be seen.
