Are you swapping an SVO/Turbo-Coupe engine or just adding an aftermarket turbo?

What year Ranger and is it MAF or speed density?

If a complete engine swap; Wiring, ECU and the engine itself should be all needed to get it running. If your Ranger came with an engine other than a N/A 2.3 though, I don't think the mounts will work. Other than that, you should be good. I've seen a Ranger with the 2.3L Turbo Run Low 8's in the 8th Mile.
