I can't find any given spec on the thickness. Usually stock replacement gaskets are around .040 thickness, and why is due to many times the head surface isn't as flat as it could be so the gasket is made thicker to compensate for slight warpage of the deck surface up to around .002
The only other suggestion I have is contact fel pro, or go to your local parts store, ask for the given gaskets, take it out of the box and measure the thickness with a micrometer. |
