As previously discussed in this thread, 2 new forums have been added to the board: Hot Rod Art, and Off-Topic. Hot Rod Art will be a new separate forum, while Off-Topic will be a sub-forum of the Hotrodders' Lounge.

The Hot Rod Art forum will include discussion of hot rod illustration, photography, etc., as well as "computer-assisted" hot rod art, such as "Photochops" and "Virtual Kustomz".

The Off-Topic forum will be the new home for all non-automotive discussion previously placed in the Hotrodders' Lounge. If a question or discussion is largely unrelated to cars, automobiles, or engineering, then it should be placed in Off-Topic.

We won't be initially requiring any new moderators for these two forums. Hotrodders' Lounge moderators will have jurisdiction over the new Off-Topic sub-forum of the Lounge. I will be personally moderating the new Hot Rod Art forum as we get it off the ground. If we need to allocate additional moderators down the line, we'll either draw from our current mods, or assign a new moderator or two.

I figured I could just move the active discussions in there -- the first two pages should be fine.

Virtual kustomz threads will be moving into Hot Rod Art shortly too.
