2 Ques - KOOL CLEAN and pls help locate up rad hose

Hello.
Needing to attend to alot of debris in radiator on 67 cutlass w/330 and car has put up for a LONG time.

Was reading old message from Chuck about Kool Clean. Here info on that - quotes here -

Any suggestion on best procedure for flush ? What ratio of KOOL CLEAN to use when flush? This radiator is really ruff,are there any pitfalls to avoid when flushing?
