I had the same problem. Check your air pressure. It needs to stay at 125psi all the time. I think the compressor needs to be at least 16 or 17 cfm to keep this up. When you first start up the air pressure will go down very quickly. On mine it has to stay between 125 and 65psi. What I did to overcome this is to put another compressor in-line. If you do, make sure you put the bigger 1 off the main in and the smaller 1 off the side. This effect works off of like spray painting. The bigger air will drag off the samaller 1.
