That is odd having 2 different Codes. The original CZ Tag may have been mangled & someone just copied the Info onto the HF Tag.
The HF would indicate a Hurst, F = 2004R Trans.
196 = Julian Date, 196th day of Yr.
86 = 1986
2 = 2nd Shift
CZ = Monte Carlo SS w/3.73 Gear.
F = 2004R
1565 = Serial Number.

My transmission identifier codes sheet doesn't help me any. Yes, it is a 200 4r valve body. It also has D-10 on it as well.
Ink Stamp should be KC or KZ with a number afterward KC7, KZ7 etc...
KC = Olds, B or D body w/307eng. & 2.73 gear.
KZ = Hurst Olds/Cutlass 442, 307eng. & 3.73 gear.

KZ code would also have a Purple stain like PVC pipe cleaner, like this BR3 Vbody below.
